A - One dog is considered, please contact us before booking. There is a small charge of £20 for 1 dog for the length of the stay. We do ask that you bring a pet bed for your dog to use. We do NOT accept any dogs listed under the dangerous dogs act i.e pitt bull terrier.
Q - How do I get the keys?
A - Once you have paid the balance in full, your receipt will be posted to you along with arrival information. We have key safes at each caravan and details and codes will be sent out to you.
Q - Are funworks passes included?
A - No, the passes aren't included in the price. 2019 prices are

Passes can be bought on arrival at Rockley Park.
You can also ask for a day pass if you just want to use the facilities for the day current prices are £10 an adult and £5 a child.
Q - Are you open over Xmas?
A - The park is closed from Nov until Mid March.
Q - Is there a bus stop near by?
A - Yes, there is a bus stop at the main Entertainment complex which goes straight into Poole Town Centre.
Q - Do you take booking for Stag and Hen weekends?
A - Sorry, Rockley Park is a family park and we don't take bookings for single sex groups, although there are some exceptions to this and this will be at the owners discretion.
Q - Do I need to bring towels?
A - We provide hand towels, bath mat and tea towel, but you will need to bring bath and beach towels with you.
Q - I notice I can hire linen, do I need to bring bedding too?
A - Yes, you can hire linen from us at a small charge of £7.50 per person or you can bring your own sheets with you. We provide all the duvets and pillows. However, Pine Ridge includes linen within the hire cost.
Q - What time can I arrive and depart?
A - Check in is 2pm and check out is 10am unless other times have been agreed in advance. We charge £20 for a late check out until 12 noon. DO NOT arrive early.
Q - Do you take a security deposit?
A - We have decided no longer to take a refundable security deposit.
Q - What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
A - In the event of cancellation - all deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation of less than 1 month will result in total cost of the holiday being held, unless there are exceptional circumstances which must be given in writing, this will be at the owners discretion.
